Assistant Project Manager | Builder. Problem-solver. Motorcycle guy.
When people ask Luke what he does at Duet Build, his answer is simple: whatever it takes to help the project run smoothly. Whether it’s coordinating trades, supporting superintendents, or helping solve the 100 tiny things that pop up daily—he’s the guy you want on your team when momentum matters.
The part of construction that never gets old
Luke thrives on figuring out how to build the details that others might avoid. If it’s complicated, layered, or hard to explain—he’s interested. “I love the puzzle of it,” he says. “It’s so satisfying when a design challenge turns into a buildable solution.”
A project that still sticks with him
While every job brings something new, Luke calls out The Oneida Project as one he’s especially proud of. “It’s the most impressive project I’ve worked on. Being part of the team that helps great people build the home of their dreams—it’s pretty special.”
The stuff that gets him through the day
On any given jobsite, you’ll find him with three things close by:
A Leatherman. AirPods. And candy.

Something you wouldn’t guess
Luke’s ideal day isn’t on a construction site—it’s on a racetrack. Specifically, on a motorcycle. He’s happiest when he’s moving fast and learning something new, whether that’s on the job or behind a visor.
What he’s into lately
Remodeling his own house. “Pretty much all of my free time is going into that right now.” And yes—he’s doing most of the work himself.
Why Duet Build works
“It’s the collaboration. Everyone’s opinion is valued. It’s not about hierarchy—it’s about what’s best for the project.”
Advice for anyone building or renovating
“Patience is key. Construction is hard. The process is messy. But once it’s finished, and your house is beautiful, you forget all of that. You really do.”
