The Duet Build construction crew outlines and schedules every activity from start to completion of each custom build or remodel project.
| MATERIALS: | Manage orders and delivery of all project materials. |
| SUBCONTRACTS: | Prep and implement subcontract agreements and purchase orders. |
| COORDINATION: | Communicate all activities between owner and architects, engineers, interior designers and consultants. |
| SUPERVISION: | On-site supervision (up to full-time, depending on the size of project) includes site safety requirements above and beyond industry standards. |
| RFIs: | Review, analyze and manage all project changes and requests for information (RFI’s). |
| ACCOUNTING: | Maintain all project accounting, including billing, disbursement and change orders. |
| CLOSEOUT: | Manage all closeout activities, including punch list, systems start-up and training, as-built drawings, and Owners & Manufacturers manuals. |
| FINAL INSPECTION: | Post-job inspection and review warranty fulfillment. |
