The Landmark Residence

This landmark home in Denver’s historic Country Club neighborhood, was reborn from the inside out. While the protected brick façade and wrought-iron details had to remain under landmark preservation codes, everything behind those walls was completely re-engineered by Duet Build. Working hand-in-hand with Ruggles Lindemann Bell Architecture and Bailey Austin Design, the team transformed a structure that was once nearly down to studs—you could stand at one end and see straight through—to a refined, structurally sound, and highly livable home for a young family with two children.
