Caleb Tobin
Caleb Tobin brings extensive expertise in architecture, construction, project management, and law to Duet Build. With a Master of Architecture from the University of Colorado and a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver, he has spent over two decades working across the industry—as an architect, a construction and real estate attorney, and a leader in public-sector project management. At Duet Build, Caleb leads a team committed to customer service, quality, and transparency. His deep understanding of architecture allows for accurate cost estimates, efficient planning, and a level of sophistication that sets Duet Build apart in Denver’s marketplace. Outside of work, Caleb enjoys the Colorado lifestyle with his wife, Duet Design Group principal Devon Tobin, and their two sons—skiing, traveling, and embracing outdoor adventures.

Liz Hester
Liz brings 20 years’ expertise in interior design and business operations to her leadership at Duet Build, where she oversees the company’s internal processes, team management, and business development. She began her career at Opus A&E, a design-build firm that includes disciplines from land acquisition and development to architecture, engineering, interior design, and construction. Equipped with a keen understanding of how each of these fields fits with the others, Liz joined an interior design firm, which grew from a team of two to a nationally recognized group with 100 employees, where Liz became a leader in commercial construction. A happy boy mom and an avid Wisconsin Badgers fan, Liz misses the lakes in her native Midwest but loves the Colorado mountains.
